Astrid and Kymberly are EBC graduates who are ACC coaches who have matriculated into Fielding Graduate University's Human Development Ph.D. program. We have a passion for transformational coaching. Astrid’s forte is the realm of Nature Coaching, and Kymberly's is Wellbeing. We saw a gap in the literature in transformational coaching books; they are all on leadership or chapters in larger books; there are not a lot of nice tomes of literature you can read on the subject, so we decided to create it ourselves. We have the resources and the EBC community to support it.
